The gardens are available for the use of all, a few residents even looking after an area themselves if desired.

Inside the house sumptuous archwayed lounges, TV room and dining room set the scene for residents to move freely from area to area. The magnificent views from its picture windows make the comfortable lounge the focal point and hub of the house activities.
The accommodation provides 25 single bedrooms and 3 companion rooms (for those who wish to share) that are designed and furnished to a high standard. All bedrooms offer en-suite facilities, many with bath or shower and some rooms can provide the added luxury of their own sitting rooms. Most of the rooms are large and have stunning views across the bay.
All rooms with the exception of one are accessible via a stair or passenger lift. Both the bathrooms and shower rooms are fully equipped with supports and aids to assist you.
The Residents have a choice of two comfortable lounges, one that is large, light and has beautiful views overlooking the homes garden and glimpses of the coast and the other that provides comfort for you whilst watching the television or reading the many library books that the home provides.
The residents of Bascombe Court quite happily tell you that it is like “living in a hotel” and they like nothing more than having a chat with each other whilst enjoying having a glass of sherry.
