Inside Kahala Court is a peace and tranquillity that is difficult to define – it emanates from the surroundings and friendliness of the staff. The building itself plays an important part in creating this atmosphere. The minute you go through the front entrance you will delight in the magnificent surroundings, a top-lit sun lounge with gracious furnishings welcomes you and invites you to relax. Beyond this is a leisurely lounge with fine comfortable furnishings – from the lounge a few steps down lead to the elegant dining room. Here delicious meals are made even more attractive by the friendly service.

All the rooms are furnished to a high standard. A feature to be enjoyed at Kahala Court is the serenity and of the veranda and terrace area. Many of the residents’ take pleasure in potting up their plants.
The accommodation provides 25 single rooms and 3 companion rooms, for those who may wish to share, all of which enjoy en-suite facilities. All the rooms are furnished to a high standard. A passenger lift is provided to the first floor, 4 rooms are reached via the main staircase and 3 rooms are reached via a few steps however there is a stair lift provided for those unable to use the stairs. Bathrooms are fitted with supports and there are fully equipped assisted bathrooms. |

Residents have a choice of a comfortable lounge and a conservatory. The residents at Kahala Court are very much involved with the local community and regular trips are organised to various places of interest. A visiting library along with card games and gardening club are some of the activities provided.
