Leaze Court originally a large Farm House is surrounded by one and half acres of picturesque level mature gardens and woodland which make them easily accessible to all, with plenty of seating, a few residents even looking after an area themselves if desired. Residents can enjoy the exceptionally spacious sun lounge, facing south it’s a wonderful suntrap to sit and take morning coffee or afternoon tea and enjoy the view across the gardens. |

The ground floor rooms can enjoy views across the tranquil gardens; the first floor rooms have views across Dartmoor and surrounding areas. The accommodation provides 28 single rooms and 2 companion rooms for those who wish to share. All first floor rooms are accessible via a passenger or stair lift. Bathrooms are fitted with supports and there are fully equipped assisted bathrooms. Various activities are offered daily at Leaze Court. These include board games, reminiscence, music appreciation to name but a few – there is always something enjoyable and stimulating to do. Local entertainers visit the home regularly and a mobile library calls in.
