Roundham Court when built was designed on a palatial scale. The carved oak galleried staircase vies for your attention with exquisite carved fireplaces and intricate mouldings. Imaginative decoration complements the grand surroundings. The house boasts a beautiful and very regal lounge with easy chairs and sofas for your comfort whilst either sitting and looking out of the bay window at the views that surround the house or just enjoying reading or chatting. The house has a large and light dining room for you to enjoy your meals.
The home has 33 single bedrooms of which 31 have en-suite facilities and 1 companion room, that is large with en-suite facilities for those who wish to share. Most of the bedrooms have breathtaking views that stretch from Berry Head in Brixham to Thatcher Rock near Torquay. All first floor rooms are accessed by a passenger or stairlift for easy access around the house. |

There is ample room in the well tended gardens for residents to enjoy the sunny South Devon weather and the wonderful views and the residents like to sit outside on the large patio and watch the frivolities on the water and nearby small golf course.
There are many lovely, level areas through the nearby parks and along coastal paths for our residents to take strolls with their family and friends and as the home is near to the harbour and its shops, a post office and church it can offer the freedom for many of our residents to go out and join in with the local community life.
The home has a full and structured weekly activity programme to suit all needs of the residents and this includes; gardening, weekly mini bus trips, visiting musical entertainers, coffee mornings and functions.
