Wolborough Court Residential home is an exclusive and magnificent purpose built residence in the prestigious area of Wolborough Hill, in Newton Abbot, once a big market town in Devon, on the River Teign, that grew rapidly in the Victorian era as it was the home to the South Devon Railway locomotive works. The home is set in beautiful secluded gardens alongside its sister home St Benets Court Nursing Home and overlooks the beautiful surrounding countryside of Decoy.
Wolborough Court has been purpose built with providing excellent care in mind and with exquisite attention to detail. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and is spacious and modern. The home boasts three lounges and two dining rooms all beautifully furnished and with patio doors that lead out onto the homes private veranda. On lovely warm days our residents find it a pleasure to sit and watch the world go by whilst enjoying a fresh pot of tea and home made cake with visiting friends or family. The home has 23 single bedrooms and 1 shared room, all above the minimum size, tastefully furnished and have ensuite facilities, most enjoying views across the countryside. The bathroom and shower rooms are contemporary and equipped with modern hoist assisted equipment for your ease and dignity.

The home is lucky to have an organised activity coordinator that works in both St Benets Court and Wolborough Court on a regular basis offering a wide range of stimulating and therapeutic activities to suit all abilities, bringing enjoyment to all that participate.
